CONTAINER WHARFAGE
Charges are for the use of berthing place and handling equipment for moving container to/from vessel which are as follows:-

FCL or empty container
(1)	Discharging from vessel and make direct delivery both by land and water or moving to yard for delivery or
(2)	(2) Loading onto vessel, vice versa of (1)
LCL container
(1)	Discharging from vessel to yard and moving to unstuffing area for unstuffing and storing cargo in the storage area and then moving empty container to yard or
(2)	Loading onto vessel, vice versa of(1)
	The above operation excludes container stuffing and unstuffing as in item 309.Charges will be collected according to the loading and discharging place both inward and outward containers as follows:-

In case of discharging on wharf or on vihicle,3-day free storage period will be allowed for shifting container and 15 days for transhipment container following the day the vessel completes her final discharge.

If transhipment container has not been loaded back within the free storage period of 15 days, the free storage period will be reduced to 3 days which is the same as for shifting container and after the free storage period, charges for inward container storage as specified in item 308 will be applied.

EMPTY CONTAINER LIFT ON CHARGES
The charge is for lifting empty container to vehicle at the yard for taking out of the Customs area by land or waterway.
Empty container taken out of the Customs area by waterway will be subjected to the wharf handling charge at yard including lifting charge to barge or coastal ship.
The charges are at the following rates:-

INWARD CONTAINER
LCL or empty container is granted the free storage period of 3 days following the day the vessel completes her final discharge. After the exemption period, charges will be collected daily until such container is brought out of the Customs area or loaded to vessel.

309.2.2 FCL container

Exemption period of storage is 3 days after the day of entering the Customs area by land or waterway. After the exemption period, charge will be collected daily at the rate of outward container storage charge as specified in item 309.2.1.

309.2.3 Empty container

Exemption period of storage is 3 days after the day or entering the Customs area by land or waterway. After the exemption period, charges will be collected daily at the rate of inward container storage charge as specified in item 309.1

Outward container loaded with dangerous cargo is exempted of storage charge for one day following the day of entering the Customs area by land or waterway. After the exemption period, the charge will be double the rate as specified in item 309.2.1.

Oversized outward container will be subjected to an additional charge of 50% of the rate in item 309.2.1.

STUFFING OR UNSTUFFING SERVICE CHARGES
Stuffing or unstuffing services for LCL container on the request of the shipowner or ship's agent will be at the following rates:-

LIFT ON CHARGES
The charges are for moving FCL or LCL container from berth to yard and lifting FCL container on to vehicle or opening LCL container for delivery to consignees in order to take out such container from the Customs area by land or waterway.

The charges for FCL container taken out from the Customs area by waterway already included wharf handling charge at container yard and lifting charge on to lighter and coastal ship. Lift on charges are at the following rates:-

LIFT OFF CHARGES
The charges are for lifting empty container or FCL container entering into Customs area by land or waterway from conveyance at yard for stuffing or exporting. Charges for outbound FCL container, already include the container weighing service charge.

Charges for container entering into Customs area by waterway, also include the lifting charge from barge or coastal ship and wharf handing charge to container yard.
The charges will be as follows:-
