CHARGES AGAINST CONSIGNEES OR CONSIGNORS

WHARF HANDLING CHARGE
For handling of import general cargo and loose LCL cargo at Storage Area to distribute to Consignee at that place or for handling of export general cargo or loose LCL cargo through Custom Area both by land or water to Storage Area for loading to vessel or stuffing to LCL. Charges are as follows:

ADDITIONAL WHARF HANDLING CHARGES
The charges are assessed from the revenue tonne of import cargo brought in by the vessel which passes directly through the Bangkok Bar Channel and/or discharges onto lighter at Koh Srichang anchorage and then passes through the Bangkok Bar Channel for discharging and/or overside discharging at the private wharf or authorized private wharf inside or outside the Bangkok Port area. The charges are for maintaining the bar channel in addition to the port dues as specified in item 101 or as the case may be.

The cargo dues will be collected at the following rates:-

EXTRA LABOUR CHARGE
For use of area and labour to handle cargo but other than Wharf Handling Charge as specified in Item No. 201 and 202.

CARGO STORAGE

204.1

IMPORT CARGO
For Storage of general cargo at Storage Area, exemption period is 3 days after the completion date of unloading from vessel.

In case of dangerous cargo, explosive cargo or flammable cargo with flash point at 61oC or 141oF or lower, exemption period is 1 day only after their unloading date from vessel.

In case of loose LCL cargo, charges are made from the day after container unstuffing, except the LCL is in the exemption period as stated in Item NO. 310.1.1

After the exemption period, charges are per day as follows:

VALUABLE CARGO
Charges for storage of Valuable Cargo both inside and outside container are per day from the day after the completion date of their unloading from vessel at the rate of 1% of the cost of Valuable Cargo.

BONDED CARGO
Charges are per day commencing from the day the cargo enters the warehouse as follows:

Exemption for 3 days after the day of auction by Custom. After the exemption period, charges are per day and at the same rate as specified in Item No.204.1.

EXPORT CARGO
For storage of general cargo which has not been loaded to vessel or stuffed into LCL, exemption period is 3 days after the day of passing through Custom Area by land or water
